Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains with KodeKult until full payment is made. After payment, the client will own the final deliverables, excluding any third-party tools or licenses.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing. Upon termination, the client is liable to pay for work completed up to that date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
